Post Ursula Episodes

I haven't really seeen any of the episodes with Ursula. Are there any classic episodes with Ursula that were funny that I should tape in reruns? I'd love to see Lisa Kudrow on the show. Because Ursula was on the show and her twin Pheobe is on Friends, is Friends actually a spin-off? Thanks in advance.

Ursula was shown in a lot of episodes and you could probably call her a semi-regular, but none of the shows that I can remember focused on her and she was typically only on for a couple of minutes. As far as calling Friends a spin-off, I don't think you could because, if I remember correctly, they didn't originally intend to make Phoebe and Ursula sisters. It's almost like it was an afterthought.

Ursula was on the show occaisionally between 1992 and 1995 and did the final episode (both vintage and new)

Cool Mad About You and Friends cross paths

Remember Lisa Kudrow, who played Urusula, started filming Friends in 1994 in which she played Ursula's twin Phoebe Buffet, so she probably did not show up much on the Mad About You set after 1994. But there is one episode of friends in which Helen Hunt and her friend show up at the coffee shop on friends and try to give Lisa Kudrow their order, thinking she was Ursula when she was actually Ursula's identical twin Phoebe. I thought that was very funny. Both shows are supposed to take place in New York, but were actually filmed in Los Angeles.

I think Lisa Kudrow played Ursula in the first episode when Paul and Jamie go Ice Skating, if that is the first episode. Shes funny in the show but I would not want her as my waitress, bad service.

I never knew that Friends was kind of like a Spin Off from Mad About You. That is so weird.
