I doubt it... and if it did, it wouldn't be to NBC, CBS, ABC, or FOX. It would be to a cable channel.

I doubt it. Television has changed so much in the last twenty years. I can't imagine a program like UM doing well amongst the current lineup of shows like Survivor, Desperate Housewives, and the like. I'm not knocking those shows, just saying that UM is very different. If it were to come back, it would probably be on a cable channel. Regardless, I think UM's glory days are sadly over. However, a part of me is glad. Do you really think any modern day incarnation could compare to those great years of UM that were '87-'93?

It's sad because those shows mentioned above don't hold a candle to Unsolved Mysteries. Old episodes or new, I still and will always prefer it over those crappy shows, JMO.
