Macroeconomics Help.....Anyone? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hate to bother anyone, but is there anyone who understands Macroeconomics or is, at least, majoring in it? I ask because I feel like I need to read a "Macroeconomics for Dummies" book about the course. I just DO NOT understand most of the terminology. I am lost! Other students in my class get it like that.... and I'm still struggling... I don't want to struggle or fall behind, so anyone....??? Help??/

I feel like such a dummy because they are the most simplest terms such as aggregate, net export spending, GDP, expenditures....these kinds...

I also need help with the formulas and the order of the formulas. Like, if I am calculating the multiplier, what order of formulas do I follow? It's just... so... difficult for me... Everyone else in the class is getting it quickly, and I am still trying to figure it out. So frustrating...

I HATED economics! Just the word gives me the chills!

I wonder if Quench would be the one to ask - she's SO's mathematical wizard - she might have taken that as well. Maybe try PMing her? Just a thought.

Thanks for your list! Then what is the difference between Aggregate supply and demand and regular supply and demand? Are the curves really all that different?

Aggregate demand is the total demand for goods and services produced in the economy over a specific period of time. It's the demand for the GDP.
