Kramer brings this very Tall and Chunky Women in to meet Jerry, George, and Elaine and I just wanted to know why was he with her since I caught thelast half of the episode

You need to see the whole episode - Kramer got the wrong license plates which siad "Assman". This caused some big butted women to try to hook up with him.
