At the end of this episode, as clips are shown from previous episodes before the girls leave the apartment, I believe the song "Yesterday" is played.

Yep, the Beatles song *thinks of George and cries*! That's the episode where they decide to move. At the beginning of the episode where they actually show up in California, they play "Hollywood", or "Welcome to Hollywood", or whatever the song is called.

In Part 2, when they arrive in California, they play "Hooray For Hollywood."
