That was the Olsen Twins old address for Dualstar. It was a year ago where Mary-Kate & Ashley moved out of Los Angeles to end up living in New York City where they both attended at NYU. Mary-Kate and Ashley's new home is located on the West Side Highway (aka the Joe Dimaggio Highway) in Lower Manhattan. I remember when my mom was driving down the West Side Highway, I saw the glass apartment where the twins ended up living there. I'm not even sure that their company Dualstar will end up putting it on a new location. The studios was located in Los Angeles before they moved the studios to Manhattan for a better location where the new offices are.
