Won't happen. Full House, Cosby, and Roseanne are the three highest-rated shows on Nick-at-Nite. No way they'll be shoved out of Primetime in favor of Who's the Boss, Wings or Murphy Brown. They tried WTB just last year from 10-11pm and it didn't last long. Neither did MB following Roseanne at 11:30

Yeah I Know And Agree Because Everyone Loves These Shows But Even Though Those Are My Top Three Favorite Shows Im Beginning To Be Annoyed I Mean It Needs A Break I Can't Stand A Show After I Have Seen It So Many Times I Still Love Roseanne But i have Quit On It So I Will Actully Watch The Episodes On Dvd With Out Being Bored Samething With Full House and Fresh Prince Plus With Fresh Prince It Seems Like Every Other Week Its The Same Episodes The Only Shows That I Still Watch On Nick@Nite Is TCS Every Once In Awhile And Who's The Boss? When Ever I Get The Chance, And I personally liked Murphy Brown At 11:30 Because I Could Get To Sleep Eaiser. I Just Really Liked The Pop-Up Brady Bunch And Though These Shows In Pop-Up Would Liven Up That Dull Schedule A Bit...

so Fresh Prince isn't doing that well?

what I hate is that N@N shows favortism to the shows available elsewhere. Full House also airs on ABC Family, Roseanne on Oxygen, Fresh Prince on The-N and Cosby on TBS. Why not show the "exclusive" shows more predominantly? because it's not like Murphy Brown or Who's The Boss air on different channels also.

After seeing the ratings, I can understand why Full House, Fresh Prince, Cosby Show, and Roseanne are being aired. They are all unstoppable. The ratings for the NAN 1985 stunt did NOT match regular averages of those shows. Unbelievable.

I don't understand why N@N feels the need to air shows from mostly the late 80's to 90's era. I think it would be a better idea if they combined all the eras of television and aired shows from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's all together.

well, even TV Land isn't what it used to be. The last straw was when they canned Kitschen so they can use the timeslot to show reruns of shows like Cheers, Three's Company and All In The Family that already air a lot as is.

well, N@N is so ratings obsessed.... then air all the "ratings winners" ONCE a night between 9-midnight, and then be more adventurous in the midnight-6 am slot. Viacom has the rights to so many shows they don't take advantage of owning.

Even though I love Roseanne and long blocks of her show doesn't bother me, I can enjoy them.... I do realize there are many many people out there who don't want to see her show SIX TIMES A NIGHT.

The prob with present-day Nick is that they only emphasize on about four shows, when back in the "good ol days", they'd show love for at least 10. Considering networks don't care about post-midnight ratings, use those dead-end hours to air shows like Kate And Allie, Coach, Wings and other shows that N@N has rights to but treats like crap because it isn't bonafide like Cosby or Roseanne are. 2 times a night is more than enough per show.

I'm sick of Roseanne, Fresh Prince, and Full House, I mean in my area alone Roseanne is on 5 different channels I say give shows that don't air much a chance for a change.

I can understand them starting out with high ratings. But it surprises me that they hold on to their ratings for years. I mean, is "The Cosby Show" still a high rated show on N@N? And then when N@N & TV Land do something different, such as this week and last weekend, the ratings aren't as high. It ticks me off.

I agree totally. Nick was more interesting last week than it'd been in a few years, and I've been glued to TV Land this weekend and two weeks ago, but obviously more people would rather watch a Bonanza marathon than see shows they don't normally see.

However, I think what could be the cause is that people avoid the marathons because they'll be mad there isn't more episodes, like people who wanna see FOL or Kate And Allie will feel underwhelmed getting ONE episode and never get to see it again until DVD so they won't bother watching it while they know that Roseanne and Fresh Prince aren't going anywhere.

Yeah, I understand that, too, but I can only wonder what would have happened had core 80s shows (227, Too Close, One Day, etc.) debuted. Would they have all bombed, or do core 80s shows only bomb because N@N is considered more "90s hits" now? I think it's the latter.

And didn't Diff'rent Strokes and FOL get really good ratings back in 2000/2001? I can't believe they didn't last longer...

Yes DS And FOL Had Good Ratings For Awhile But They Thought It Was Unstoppable So They Showed alot Just like they are Doing now With Fresh Prince, Roseanne, And TCS So People Got Annoyed and Stopped Watching...

Fresh Prince (Airs 5 Times A Night) And Roseanne (Airs 4 Times A Night) And TCS (Airs 4 Times A Night) They Are Starting To Slow Down on Full House (Just Was Reduced To 3 Times A Night) So Only One Hour Is Dedicated To Other Shows (Murphy Brown/Who's the Boss)

I have Posted This in a Nother Thread But I Think N@N Have to Change format. I Think Every Night from 12am - 6am They Should air 12 Different Shows 1 Episode for Each. So For The 9pm - 12pm Slot They they Do 3 Different Double Shots Every Night This Is Just A Sample Schedule(not nessicarily shows i want on N@N) that i put together:

Sunday
9-10 Full House
10-11 Perfect Strangers
11-12 Family Matters

Monday
9-10 Head Of The Class
10-11 Growing Pains
11-12 Who's The Boss?

Tuesday
9-10 Fatherhood
10-11 The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air
11-12 Benson

Wednesday
9-10 The Nanny
10-11 Home Improvement
11-12 Roseanne

Thursday
9-10 Family Ties
10-11 The Cosby Show
11-12 Mad About You

Friday
10-11 Hangin' with Mr. Cooper
11-12 Step By Step

Saturday
10-11 Wings
11-12 Murphy Brown

I Think This Will Make More People Like N@N More And Not Get Sick of Certain Shows.

Please let me Know Your opinion.
