Default Disney Channel original shows

Disney Channel is doing a summer marathon of new shows. Your thoughts on their original shows.

It just premered, and already it has surpassed all of their other current original shows as the best original show (at least the live action shows) on Disney, Naturally Sadie.

It is so much better than Disney last two new original shows Phil of the Future, and Suite Life Of Zack And Cody. (I think That's So Raven is a good show) Compairing those two shows to Sadie, is like comparing the Clippers to the Spurs. Correct me if I am wrong is Naturally Sadie, a canadian show? If so, bravo Canada. You gave us Degrassi, and You Can't Do That on Television, and now this show.

What I like best are the two supporting characters, Margret and Rain. They steal the show in my opinion. Especially Margret, she is hillarous. I think at the end of the first season, Margret and Rain are going to get together, they drive each other crazy in each episode, they are destined to get together (If I am correct about it being a canadian show, canadian's that have seen the show, please don't give it away)

Also, next month there will be an episode of That's So Raven, when Raven Symone will play a bunch of characters. It is very much a tribute to Eddie Murphy in the Nuddy Professor and to a lesser extent Coming To America. It would be interesting to see what kind of job Raven does. Of course, Raven did co star with Eddie in Dr. Dolittle.

Speaking of Dr. Dolittle, all summer Disney Channel has a saturday night thing called Click To Pick It, hosted by two stars of Disney Channel show and / or movies. I would like to see one of the episodes hosted by Raven Symone and Kyra Pratt, and have a Dr. Dolittle reunion. They both star on two Disney Channel shows. I remember a while back reading an article in which Kyra said she learned a lot from Raven about how to make it show business as a child actor. She said Raven was like a mentor or teacher.

That's So Raven is the only good Disney original show. Phil of The Future is dumb and idiotic. Suite life of Zack and Cody is pure crap and I don't particularly have any interest in watching Disney except for Raven.

Well Superstar, you agree with most of what I said. Disney needs to have higher standards before green lighting shows like Phil Of the Future and The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody. (at least, the latter one has the talented Phil Lewis)

Do you agree with me, about having Raven Symone and Kyra Pratt host Click It To Pick It, or better yet have Kyra guest star on That's So Raven, and have a Dr. Dolittle reunion.

You all should check out Naturally Sadie, which I can confirm is an canadian show. It is a good show, unlike other Disney Channel has no unrealisitc gimick (a family from the future, kids living in an hotel, etc.), just kids being kids, check out the show. I expect a canadian import show to be good, because other countries are only going to import their good shows here. They are not going to import their bad shows here.

I think Raven is a really funny show and I thought Phill of the future was funny in a stupid sort of way. I never really knew with that show because I always saw the same episodes. I havn't been intreasted enough to watch the other new shows on Disney Channel

Only the brain-damage would enjoy anything that this bland, vanilla flavor channel produce. Why don't they use their brains to create shows, not just put on people just to market off of.You know what I mean;taking actors/actresses and having them doing more than act(like sing off key).Even the classic Disney were better than these farces.

there isn't any good original disney channel shows anymore. I only watch the channel now for Boy Meets World reruns.

I miss the good ol days when Even Stevens was on!

The only Disney Channel shows I enjoyed were Even Stevens, Lizzie McGuire, and That's So Raven. Annimated wise, I really liked The Proud Family, and Kim Possible was alright. But the two newest shows: The Suite Life and Phil of the Future suck big time!!!!

Now that Raven is ending, and no more new episodes of Even Stevens or Lizzie McGuire, we'll have to depend on reruns.

I too miss the old Disney days! What about when they would show "Vault Disney" late at night? I loved that!

Who said anything about That's So Raven ending. I read in the paper, that the show will go on as long as Raven wants to do it.

Nobody, posted an opinion on the canadian import show Naturally Saddie. Do you like that show or not? From the episodes I have seen, Saddie is a good show. The Margerot character really steals the show in my opinion.

Disney channel original shows are only allowed to go 65 episodes or 3 seasons (whatever comes first). Maybe they're changing it, but I hope not because I cannott STAND That's So Raven. Not funny at all, IMO.

Yeah, TSR has been extended to 100 episodes and Raven will become producer. Disney have said that the show can go past 100 episodes if Raven still wants to do it.

that's not fair at all! If her show can go past 100 episodes, then ALL the shows should start doing it now. What's so special about Raven that her show can go longer?!
