Has anyone evet noticed this trend with SNL casts

It seems that every 5-10 years there's a whole new cast and only a few people from the previous are still there


1975-1980 :
Original Cast


1980-1985 : WHOLE NEW CAST

1985-1986 : Annother whole new cast


1986-1990 : Whole new casyt only some form the previous seasons till there



1990- 1995 : Only a few from the previous 5 years still on, bunch of new cast members


1995- 2000 : WHOLE NEW CAST with some leaving, some comiong

2000- present : Only a few were still left from the previous 5 years
