Cheap Rent

this sitcom is about a young couple living in a rundown, "cheap rent" apartment building. Adam Brody and Rachel Bilson play Trevor and Allison who jut recently graduated from high school. After being kicked out by their parents due to Allison's unexpected pregnancy, they have no other choice but to find their own apartment in a rundown, dumpy apartment that fits its neighborhood. Trevor works at Harrison Foods (a grocery store) as a bagger. Allison works at a Starbucks, much to her dismay. Trevor and Allison both are 19 years old. Allison is 2 months pregnant. They both have dreams of going onto college yet don't see that happening anytime soon with the new baby coming. They also must deal with the constant bickering, yelling, fighting, and arguing from their landlord and landlady, Richard and Jane (Craig T. Nelson, Bette Midler). It shows the ups and downs, trials and tribulations of moving out of your own and having a baby at such a young age.
