I just saw that episode "I Do I Do" where they eat brownies with marijuana in them. It was so disturbing to me. I can see why Nick at nite will not air it. I just don't see how they could have made such an episode when they knew a lot of young viewrs like to watch back then.

Okay, I've never seen the episode, but I have the script for it, and they can't differ THAT much. To me it seems like an episode that DISCOURAGES drug use, which automatically makes it good for young viewers. The only thing that makes N@N not show it is because N@N doesn't trust us. I mean really, "Oh, let's try marijuana! Laverne and Shirley did and they almost married two rock stars!" I mean, really. The show airs at an UNGODLY hour of the morning. Who is going to be watching and saying THAT?!

i agree with LaverneShirley. What kid is up at that hour anyway- and why would anyone try it after seeing that! I mean, "yeah, lets go try some marijuana so we can act like idiots and almost marry 2 weirdo rock stars!" great idea....

Regardless of what you guys think, I still think that it is disturbing to see Laverne & Shirley high. I am just not into that kind of thing. Sorry.

"I Do, I Do" airs on my local WB station when L&S airins at 5:30 AM weekdays monday-friday. I did see the episode, and I can't say that it was disturbing, but a different kind of entertainment, if you count it as entertainment. N@N doesn't really need to air this episode, because it's not good for a bunch of 8 year olds to be watching 2 grown women smoking marijunia.

Excuse me, 8 year olds are not up at 3:30 am on a school night. And TVLand is airing it tomorrow night/early Monday at 12 am, and, although a school night, more 8 year olds will be watching it then.

I don't know about you guys but i love that eppie soooo much! I think Laverne and Shirley and Lenny and Squiggy are hilarious!!! Though i'm not into that either but it's funny! Lol! ::I think the writers were though:: Lol! (;

I thought Eric Idle was funny too! I've seen him in some Monty Python scetches!
