Ok, I guess that nobody here is going to figure out the cartoon one. In a toy/trading cards magazine, there was an article saying that Cindy Williams was playing the voice of Cartman's mother in "South Park". The whole thing wasn't true, and the magazine had to cut out the next issue, an article on her. They also said that many other celebrites were swept into this article. This is the answer to #10.

That would explain why I have never heard the rumor. I'm not into toys or trading cards, so I wouldn't be reading a magazine about them, and I've never watched South Park nor do I have any intention of doing so.
