Does anyone know what exactly aired on Nickelodeon when it launched in 1979? Or at least what the aired in early to mid 80's. I know they aired You Can't Do That On Television. Other than that, I have no idea what they aired.
Also what did they air at night from 1979-1985 before Nick At Nite launched? |

Well, when Nickelodeon launched in 1979 all that was shown was Pinwheel, and Nick's original name was The Pinwheel Network.

That's a good question, I'm not that old enough to remember what all came on Nick, even though I"m just about the same age as the station LOL. But I remember shows like.... The many Loves of Dobie Gillis, Hey Dude, The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour, I Love Lucy, Dragnet, Batman, You Can't do that on Television, Double Dare, Laugh In.
