How Long Does N@N Have The Rights to Show Murphy Brown?

N@N has them for four or five more years, but keep in mind, too, that they don't always air shows for the entire duration of the contract. However, they do usually get through at least a couple of cycles of their series. I'm taping the show, myself, and can't wait to have the entire thing on tape!

I hope that N@N will at least show one cycle of the series.I too, cant wait to get the series on tape.

With the way things are going--with the summer marathons and all--we'll be into S10 in August, (which is when N@N says the pre-summer schedule will resume), so I think there's a pretty good chance at this point of finishing the series. Even someone from N@N on the TV Land messageboards said recently that although M.B. has brought in much lower ratings than they first anticipated, that they have decided to keep airing it, just in "less than prime" real estate. (N@N also has a record of getting through a few cycles, even with Wings which, from what I remember, traveled much the same path as Murphy.) I understand, you, though...I'm quite a fan of the show, too, and want to be able to see it all and have it on tape, and I do worry sometimes about its fate.
