Default The one character that anyone who buys this DVD in August should enjoy is........

Junior. He will be known for entering a room saying-wooooooooooweeeeeeeee!!!! I got it and I gosta to report. The junior character always had some big news to report and would always tell it by spinnning around snapping his fingers and then telling the report. Honestly this is the only highlight of this show. The son Clifton was sort of dry, The mailman who played Sweet Daddy on Good Times was funny sometimes. But Clifton and his mother was never funny. Especially his mother. Actaully she is the worst character on the show.

Solomon, you said that a supporting character is "the only highlight of this show."

I have to wonder what makes you want this series so bad or why you even like it.

Ok here my reasons for Wanting the Show

1.Out of the 10 eps I have, only 3 are from season 1 which was the show's best season. So I still have to watch the other 23 eps

2.I want to see all eps so I can compare it to other shows from the 70's.

3.There are also some Guest apperances I want to see

4.I want to compare season 1 to season 2 and anylze when the show took a downward spiral

I agree pretty much with everything Soloman said here. As a lead character Clifton is pretty dry and lackluster. Mama can be irritating sometimes, sort of a one note character, always scolding Clifton about something she doesn't like. Junior is by far the liveliest character on the show. He has a certain cool attitude about him that makes him a character you wish was seen on the show more often.

Junior should have been seen more than Earl
