Did Nancy Get Divorced?

I was watching that "Top 100 Kid Actors" or whatever, on VH1, and the narrator said, "Now a single mother..."

Anyone know?

according to imdb.com they are still together. There is no word on if they have gotten a divorce.

I looked around everywhere and there is nothing on them spilting up. The might have and the media and everybody else hasn't got word on it and they 100 stars special maybe gotten the word first and told. I don't know for sure. But I'll keep looking. I'm a HUGE fan of Nancy McKeon. I started watching the Facts of Life in 1985 when it went on reruns. I was 4 years old at the time. I keep updated on some of them today. I have connections to Lisa Whelchel (blair) I could ask her but these celebrities stick together and not say anything.

yeah i watched it too on vh1 n i was thinkin same thing but maybe they made a mistake..somethin like that cause i dont think nmk got divorced

Looks like the 3rd blog(hoax) against Nancy McKeon. Remember the death blog(hoax) back in late 2003 and the blog(hoax) claiming she gave birth to twins for publicity early this year or late last year. Man has Nancy McKeon had more blogs(hoaxes) about her than any other celebrity I know. I wish I knew just one more celebrity whose had 4 or more blogs(hoaxes) about them. Just one. People, treat this one as hoax #3. And this hoax BTW has gotten so far that even VH1 thinks her being a single mother is real.

And yes, I only posted here for less than 7 or 8 months. But I also surf these boards, too. That's how I knew about the NM death hoax. Gotta warn the other boards that the NM being a single mother thing is a hoax that some perv, anti Nancy McKeon type, or gay-lesbian group has spread.

omg. I was wondering about the single mother thing too. The first time I heard it I was almost asleep and I thought that I had heard wrong. When I watched it again I got really upset because I felt like the infromation was so wrong. Those idiots on Vh1 need to get that fixed. I looked on every website I could find and all of them said she and marc were still together.

That really sucks that they gave false information like that, but honestly, if it were true, it would be in a magazine or on the news, so I'm sure it's not that true. And I know an anti nancy group would do a hoax like that (because they have nothing better to do with their time time than be a-holes) but why would a gay and lesbian group do it?

Because the lesbian groups were most likely mad and angry when Nancy married a man and found out Nancy was straight all along. Duh! Nancy was always straight. She even had true romantic relationships in the past, too. With Michael J. Fox, some hockey player named Luke something(can't remember the last name, though), Michael Damian, Dale Midkiff(yes, she even dated him for a few months after the movie was done), some dude from the show Melrose Place(can't remember his name, though). And she probably even had crushes on one of her Facts of Life costars, too. Does Macanzie ring a bell. She probably even did LOTH's Sean Astin during the early 90's, too.
Those lesbian groups have always beleived Nancy was a lesbo, and they wan't to continue beleiving that to this day. There's probably at least 1 lady behind the writing of VH1's 100 greatest child stars who is a true lesbian. If I were behind the voting commitee and I knew they were gonna be ridiculing Nancy McKeon like that, I would have saved all the trouble and not have even included Nancy in the list and had someone else with much less of a resume in it, like Mikee the LIFE cereal kid instead. They didn't include Tanya Tucker at all because look at how many groups talk trash about her. And then they included Nancy McKeon just so they at VH1's 100 greatest child stars could make one big snide false remark about her being a single mother. WTF. I wander what Nancy McKeon's own reaction is gonna be if she seen it when her own profile # came up? Single Mother, my &**!

Someone behind the VH1 100 G.K.S. writing committee must really hate Nancy McKeon.

You mean Nancy moved from L.A. where her parents and brother and friends live to Austin where the only one she knows is her husband and daughter Aurora.

I did hear years ago that she wanted to have her dream home built on the East Coast part of America. I guess Austin, Texas is where it's at all along.

I hear "divide" is in the equation. So maybe Nancy still lives in L.A. part of the year as well. 2 homes in 2 different states and 2 different coasts.

Glad that rumor was put to rest and happy to hear they are still together..that remark by VH1 pissed me off. I never knew NMK dated Dale Midkiff after "A Cry for Help"! Ya learn something new everyday!
