Sad People, People, People!

People LARVENE & SHIRLEY is only television sitcom. So, please do not take it like it is life or death if it does or doesn't air television anymore.

Um, no offense, but what are you talking about? All of the arguments on this board have been resolved, and apparently everyone went their seperate ways, cause no one comes here anymore. And also, you're wrong about it not being life and death. It is for me. Without Laverne & Shirley, I wouldn't have 95% of my friends. I met all of them through an L&S message board. There are two friends I have that are offline and aren't very interested in L&S. And they're always busy. So, call me insecure, but I'd be no where without this show. I'd be long dead. You don't know me. You don't know how close I've come to just leaving everything. So don't tell me it's not about life and death if it stops airing.

"Well at least I don't sew L's on everything I wear!"

"Well that would be pretty stupid considering your name's Shirley!"

ME find another message board? Hello, I was here before you. I don't see why we can't both be here. And I was born June 11, 1987. But that has absolutely nothing to do with it. I love this show more than anything on earth. It's been on N@N, so I've seen it. Just because I'm younger doesn't mean I have bad taste (ie, Dawson's Creek, Buffy). Ask anyone I know. L&S is more important to me than anything. And by the way, being born on June 13, 1972 means you could have watched the show in its first run anytime between when you were 3 1/2 (Debuted six months before your 4th birthday, on January 27, 1976) to 11 (canceled in 1983). I'm 13, I started watching it when I was 11. So the first run has nothing to do with anything.

By the way, I did watch LAVERNE & SHIRLEY in it's first run. I still love LARVERNE & SHIRLEY -- but, you need to find another interest my Dear. All, I am trying to say you are deeply disturbed.

LAVERNE & SHIRLEY shouldn't be your whole life. I think you should get other interest other than television. My interests are: Family, Animals' Rights, Inline Skating, Bicycle Ridding, Working Out With Weights, Swimming and Playing Tennis.

Pardon me, but I never said it was my only interest, just that it was the most important. I have plenty of other interests. I always have my nose in a book, I love to write, and, strangely enough, schoolwork. Plus I love music, both listening and playing (clarinet). I'm not really a sports person, but I do like rollerblading and playing softball. And maybe I am deeply disturbed. Who the hell knows? Frankly, it's none of your business, and I'd just like it to be clear that this will be my last post in this particular thread.

You shouldn't put LAVERNE & SHIRLEY before everything else.

If you have so many other interests, why don't you go to another chat room to talk with other people who have those same interests?

Okay, I lied. THIS will be my last post. There's just something that's really bugging me. Bixby, you need to take grammar lessons. You shouldn't put commas after prepositions or conjunctions. Or helping verbs, for that matter. I recall seeing on the FOL board you saying "Do, I feel old." That makes no sense whatsoever. The grammatically correct version would be "Do I feel old." Sorry, but I want to be an author and grammatical errors really annoy me. (::gasp:: Yes, that's right! I want to be an AUTHOR. I've wanted to be an AUTHOR since I was 4. It has nothing to do with L&S.)
