...from this show is when Kate and Willie were lying in bed and they suspected that Alf was hiding in their room so they both started jumping on the bed. Alf popped out from underneath the bed and said, "Go Willie! Yeah!" Very risque for a PG show like Alf.

I'll never forget the scene when Willie says, "where's Alf" and someone else says, "making a peanut butter sandwich in the kitchen"

and Alf comes running out screaming, "Grease fire! Grease fire!"

I liked it when Willy is looking for the family cat who went missing and walks in on Alf in the garage and Alf's got a hotplate going and looks like he might be making a gourmet dinner out of Fluffy!

Yeah, that one of him under the bed was funny too. Actually they had quite a bit of risque lines in the show for the time and that it was geared to kids. Same with Dinosaurs!
