No, they're not. What I started with the Madonna thread was intended as a relatively serious discussion of people's thoughts on whether Madonna would be a sure inductee or not. It wasn't meant to given people cause to bash her (again), and it certainly wasn't meant to inspire people to mock my thread by doing what they feel are humorous copycat threads. I know it's within your rights to express what you want, but why not for once be the bigger man and not crap on a thread concerning someone you obviously don't like?
