With the apparent sucess of Bob Newhart show, I would love to know if this will prompt Fox to go ahead and release more MTM product such as Rhoda?

i wouldn't hold my breath unfortunately, me too being an MTM Enterprise (especially TMTMS) fan. Fox almost banned MTM, but thank the Lord they reconsidered. I doubt they'd waste money on Rhoda, though they have time to release shows that aired 2 episodes.

Rhoda should have a chance to be released on DVD. Not the MTM spinoff, Phyllis should never ever be on DVD

I would buy Phyllis on DVD before Rhoda. I never liked Rhoda. Only a few episodes from the first season were entertaining for me.
