TBS Adds Becker in July - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Effective Friday, July 1, 2005, TBS will add Becker to its afternoon line-up and air it weekdays at 12 pm and 12:30pm ET, replacing Ed. No other changes to the line-up will be made.

Summer stunts, involving sitcoms:

Sunday, August 28 Summer of Seinfeld
8:00PM "Summer of George, The"
Synopsis: George plans a vacation; Elaine critiques a co-worker (Molly Shannon); guest Raquel Welch.
8:30PM "Butter Shave, The"
Synopsis: Jerry gets upset when a lame comic follows his act; Kramer uses butter.
9:00PM "Hamptons, The"
Synopsis: Jerry's girlfriend sees George naked during a weekend at the beach.
9:30PM "Trip, The (Part I)"
Synopsis: Jerry and George search for Kramer in Los Angeles; George Wendt; Corbin Bernsen; Elmarie Wendel.
10:00PM "Trip, The (Part II)"
Synopsis: Jerry and George try to save Kramer from a serial-murder accusation; guest Clint Howard.
10:30PM "Maestro, The"
Synopsis: Elaine's boyfriend's comments on villas in Tuscany stirs Jerry's curiosity.

Nice. Two locals show Becker every evening but having it on TBS will be nice.

Its no secret I'm a huge Cheers fan. But Becker sucked.

I liked "Becker" up until Terry Farrel left. It was still OK after that, but the scenes between Becker and Kris, or between Kris and Bob or Jake weren't the same as the ones with Reggie. Then, when the guy who played Bob left, that's when the show DEFINETALY "jumped the shark".

I hope becker will still come on wgn. I already tape something at 12:30.
