I love her as a character, but she is so unused which I really hate. I'm just curious as to what everyone else thinks of her. By the way just in case you all don't know already Tamara Tunie who plays Dr. Warner is in the new issue of Inside TV(the cover has Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards on it) it's a great one page article on her, it's also got a couple of beautiful pics of her in it, so if you haven't gotten your copy yet you should, it costs $2.00, I've already gotten mine and I love it, Tamara looks so beautiful I wish I could scan the article&pics, but I can't

I have always liked Tamara Tunie--she used to be on a soap opera that I had time to watch before I had kids LOL (I think it was "As the World Turns"). She is lovely and poised no matter the circumstances, and sounds like she really gets inside the character of a medical examiner on SVU!
Now if only they would get her together with Fin hee hee! (Actually, she would be my second choice after ADA Novak--has anyone here been to my website to read the SVU story I wrote?) |

What I like about her is her no nonsense approach to pathology. So many of the really good medical examiners have been men. She and Leslie Hendrix (Dr. Elizabeth Rodgers), are the only two strong women in this sort of role. As a science geek, I love seeing woman play the part well.
BTW thanks for the article. I can so see her playing Lena Horne. I don't know if that was the role she had in that play, but I could see her doing it. |

Lucky, seeing the above reminded me that I needed to post the link to my SVU story on our site.
To those of you who have been waiting for it, sorry but I have been busy with family the last couple days (kids outta school y'know LOL!). Anyway, here it is: http://luckymama58.tripod.com/id5.html |
