Default Try and Pick just ONE TV Mom that you hate watching and listening to?

That TV MOM for me is CLAIR HUXTABLE. Damm i hated watching this woman. She annoyed the hell out of me. She knew everthing and it was unheard of for Claire to make mistakes in life. In other words, she was PERFECT and I hated her for being PERFECT-lol

I think I may have to agree with you there. I wouldn't say I hate her, but could she be annoying? Too perfect? Yeah, I agree.

Clair is the worst.

I've posted plenty of times on how much I despise her character.
And come to think of it, so have you Solomon.

You know, I bet my life on it that you'd say Clair, and it's good to know that I'll still be living for quite some time.

Solomon...

Ah - I liked Clair! Sure she was perfect, but I didn't really find that annoying.

My choice would be Ann Romano - GOD she was infuriating! I kept hoping Julie would haul off and sock her one right in the face to shut her up once and for all! Especially when she'd clench her fists and shake her head in frustration!

Gotta agree with Clair. My favorite Cosby Show episode was when Cliff told her to shut up! Too bad he was just playing a prank on Eldin (I think that's his son in law's name.)

Sondra's husband was Elvin. And I agree, Clair wasn't one of my favorites, either. I especially cringed whenever she would use the praise "My baby's having a baby," which I think she said more than once. (It was too "sappy" for my tastes.) I think she was kind of an "absent" parent as well, since I remember Cliff doing most of the disciplining and lesson-teaching and all of that. (And you would think out of the two of them, it would be HIM that would have the least amount of "family" time, since babies come day and night!)
