"Chip" from Kate & Allie played the brother of a murder victim on the new Lifetime TV show "The Division." Just keep your eyes peeled.

He was also on the HBO prison series Oz a couple of seasons ago as the drug addicted son of one of the hated and feared prisoners on the show, Vern Shillenger. Poor Fred, he doesn't last last long on this show.

He looks just about the same.

Kind of short and boyish.

He was also on a recent episode of NYPD Blue.
