Default Question for those of you who watched and enjoyed the Looney Toons

Which Looney Toons did you enjoy watching the most?

Bugs and Daffy
Bugs and Yositme Sam
Tweety and Slyvester
Elmer Fudd and Daffy
Speddy Gongzalez and Coyote
Road Runner and Coyote
ALL of Them

I will say I enjoyed watching Tweety/Slyvester and Speedy Gongazlez and Coyote

I enjoyed anything involving Bugs Bunny the most, whether by himself with various characters or with Daffy or Elmer.

Not on your list I also enjoyed: the Goofy Gophers.

"No, no - wouldn't think of it - after you."

"No - after you"!!

I can't look at a chipmunk or gopher today without thinking of those two!

Oh but some of his lines were beautiful!!

"I say, I say, it's so quiet around here, you can hear a caterpillar crawling across the grass in tennis shoes......sneakers that is."

Yeah, I don't know why they didn't make a few more of him. He'd get in those contests with the dog and I'd double up when he'd get him at the end of the rope and then paint his tongue!

My mother actually fell in love with my father because of Sylvester and Tweety! True story. They used to run the toons before movies at the theatre (going back to the 1940s here). My dad had an aisle seat that night. The one where Sylvester is scared and clings to the ceiling, and Tweety saws around his paws and he drops was playing. Apparently Dad laughed so hard, he fell out of his chair and into the aisle. My mom figured any guy with a sense of humour like that was worth marrying!

I think his name was Michigan J. Frog, or something like that.

Marvin the Martian = my least favorite. I never liked him.

Michigan J. Frog - you've got it!! He was a blast!

Yeah, of all, Marvin was my least fav too. In a weird way, those ones creeped me out a bit. Those weird birds that looked like something from a Popeye cartoon were strange. I think they were experimenting with those or something.

I like most of them, Bugs being my favorite.

Not a big fan of the Road Runner, actually don't like those much at all. (ducks, and looks for anvil about to fall on his head)

Bugs Bunny is basically an American Icon.
A smartass, witty, sarcastic, opportunist.

Does this ring a bell:

I want an egg, I want an egg! I want a easter egg!"

Come back here... you... rab..bit.

Arise, Sir Loin of Beef, Sir Ossis of the Liver.

Somebody's rocking my dreamboat, someone's invading my dreams.

How many times have I told you not to play with the dirty money!

She may not look pretty now, but she was somebody's baby once.

and on and on.
