Does anyone know why TV Land, every time through the full list of episode will skip several?
Specifically "In the Soup".. I don't think I've seen that win in 3 or 4 years. When I was much younger (in my early, early teen years) the local affiliate where I grew up showed LITB everyday and showed every episode in order.. this would have been the late 1980's.. So, why does TV Land have such a problem showing all episodes in order, during ever run through? Invariably they skip several (I can't think of any titles off hand but there are other ep's that I haven't seen in years, other than "In the Soup"). Thanks.. soundandvision |

I think they're only contracted to show each episode a certain number of times. In the early days of TvLand, they used to show 'In the Soup' and 'Wally's Practical Joke' as part of "boxed sets" and other special programming, so they may have used up their quota of how many times they can show these episodes.

I have been told that before, when questioning this and it does sound very sane and plausible.
The question is though, why no re-renewal? |
