Top Ten Shows You would Like to see on TV Land Soon or in the near Future? Yup I have Compiled a List of Every Thing that has ended that has more that 100 Episodes(technical sydnication ep #) and i have 69-00 and most of 00-05 but i am not including news, reality and some varity shows. If Someone could help me out and do50-69 that would be areal help because i have spent the past week and a half looking at schedules and then searching on tvtome so i am really tired out. thanks.

I have a great idea for the staff at TV Land...
Why don't they do a Top Ten Show of our (the fans') top ten favorite shows (as opposed to 'favorite top ten shows')? They could call it "The Top Ten SHows our few remaining fans want to see, but probably won't because we're too busy trying to come up with great original programming - like top 10 shows and Farrah's reality show and great stuff like that - so you fans might was well just wait till the DVDs come out because we no longer care what you think..." whew... try saying THAT in one breath... but what a great title for a Top 10 show, eh?  Actually, TV Land will probably do a "Top 10" show, in which they will rank the "Top Ten" shows that they've done... and count 'em down, from #10 to #1... won't that be exciting? ("coming in at # 7, is our 'Top 10 characters you love to hate'...and at #6 'Top 10 Loveable Losers')... |

If I was really desperate, I could probably get any and all of the episodes of the shows listed. There's really only one show I want to see on TV Land: Mr. Terrific. I can't find it, and it ain't on the list.

Don't sweat it. MT only had 17 episodes (plus the unaired pilot). I don't expect to see it on your list or, really, on TV Land's schedule. I just refuse to give up hope that someday I'll get the whole series.
But that's my point. TV Land is supposed to be bringing us the shows that are no longer available anywhere else. It seems to me that if a show was good enough to run 100 episodes you can acquire the whole run with just a little bit of money and a minimum effort. Why doesn't TV Land present some truly "lost" gems? I used to think that TV Land was something special, but the truth is that they run nothing but shows that have virtually never been out of syndication. What the hell's so special about that? |
