I'm just curious if any of the B&W 1960"s shows that were colourized for reruns on television will be available on DVD as well? I would like to compare the quality from the original black and white to computerized colour. I hear Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie DVD collections may offer both the original B&W and computerized colour on the earlier episodes of those shows.

Bewitched is being released in Color and Black and White, I think I Dream of Jeannie will be too. Personally I prefer Black and White, just like it's supposed to be, and when it's supposed to be color I prefer color

most things that are colorizied look like they were colorized idon't think i like that whole idea if the earlier shows were in b&w they should stay that way but thats just me these companies should spend more time and money getting us the original series in the original way instead of spending money on colorizing black and white ORIGINAL WAY IS ALWAYS THE BEST WAY.

I agree, Dave, but it seems that the TV channels would get more audiences (especially younger ones) if the shows were aired colourized. Remember, the Original B&W films are still availabe to the consumers. I just want to have both versions to compare the quality with the coloured ones.

I think I would hate the idea of buying a complete set in color when it should be in black and white, but I think including computer-colored episodes as DVD extras would be very cool. It'd be nice if there was an inexpensive way to be able to choose whether you wanted to watch an episode in black and white or in color.
