Grady assisted Lamont in selling junk while Fred was away instead of playing the "I'm Your new Daddy Role". Never understood why the producers felt a year 32 old needed a new Father-lol

The episode that annoyed me the most was when Grady didn't let Lamont have female company. |

The thing that annoyed me was that all of a sudden Grady was the most active and animated he'd ever been.
Most of the time he seemed on the edge of a nap. Now he's SuperGrady. But I kinda like those episodes, so I'm a bit in the minority here. |

I disagree. Grady was hilarious. My mom prefered him to Fred. He was second to Fred IMO but I thought he carried the ball beautifully while Fred was "off in St. Louis".

Did you guys know Grady had his own short-lived spinoff series (12 episodes) from 1975-1976??

Yeah I know, I was only able to find 2 eps of that short-lived spinoff. I would love to see the Grady eps when these Sanford and Son cast members made guest apperances Rollo Guest starred on Grady Esther, Woody and Bubba guest starred on Grady |

The episode when Fred guest starred was funny. The other Grady Episode when Grady learns how to drive was OK. TV Guide Critic in 1976 loved the Grady episodes when Rollo guest starred and when Bubba, Esther, and Woody guest starred. I don't think those eps exist. |
