I'm practically climbing the walls waiting for Season 3, because I never recorded GI when it was on TV Land, and now I wish I had.

Since GI is my 2nd favorite show (I think you know what my 1st is), I'm really looking forward to owning this treasure!

I did record GI off of TVLand and I'm still anxious to get my hands on the DVD's for Season 3.

TVLand edits about 2 and a half minutes from every episode.

After July 26, I'll be able to throw away the VHS tapes!

Although I like a lot of the episodes from each season, Season 3 has a number of great ones like "Pass the Vegetables Please" and "The Producer."

Not to mention "Voodoo," "Topsy-Turvy," and "Gilligan's Personal Magnetism."

Season 3 has neat dream sequences too: Secret Agent Gilligan of the Good Guys, Dr. Gilligan and Mr. Hyde (Fresh Fish!), and, of course, Mrs. Howell's Cinderella dream.

I'm with you, Munsters-----I'm counting the days

i think all gilligan fans are really anxious, i know i am! i am almost positive i've never seen an episode of season 3. also looking forward to shwartz' commentary, he's a great guy. the introduction and the documentary, i'm hoping, will be nice and lengthy.

I think TBS edited more than TV Land did. Another bad thing TBS did, was that they colorized Season 1. They didn't even do a good job at it! The colors looked faded and dark. One time I couldn't even tell if the episode was in color or in B&W!

I agree, somebody else could have done a much better job!
