Anyone remember how the line goes?

I think it was in the first episode when Pearl says something to the effect of: Jed, yor bathroom is 50 feet from the house......(can't remember the rest)

And Jed ponders a moment and says: You know Pearl, yor right, a man would be a durn fool to leave all this.

Can anyone help me out with how that line went?

Here is how the line goes:


"What do you think Pearl, you think I ought to move?"

"Jed, how can you even ask? Look around you. You're eight miles from your nearest neighbor. You're overrun with skunks, possums, coyotes, and bobcats. You use kerosene lamps for lights. You cook on a wood stove, summer and winter. You're drinking homemade moonshine, washing with homemade lye soap, and your bathroom is fifty feet from the house, and you ask should you move?"

"Yeah, I reckon you're right. A man would be a dang fool to leave all of this."
