I never really considered Carlton a Nerd, he just wasn't street smart like will. But not being from the streets doesn't make you a nerd. I don't think he should have been on that list

Actually Carlton was a bit nerdy - more with academics and girls.

I loved him anyway - nobody could do the "Tom Jones" swing like good old Carlton!

One of my favourite characters on Fresh Prince!

The list wasn't just for nerds, it's also for those geeky wacky type of characters, Carlton shouldn't be high on the list, but I'm glad he was there.

Yeah actually, you're right he did. And yeah, I guess the correct term for him would be more of a geek than a nerd I guess.

I'm laughing as I type this just thinking of that dorky smile and how he'd coming running into a scene all excited...hard to think of him as the cool little kid who danced in the Pepsi commercial with MJ!!

Boy does that make me feel old!!! I thought 85/86 maybe, but I think you're right. I didn't even know it was him until my husband told me.

It's like when I see Malcolm Jamal Warner now - he looks almost as old as me, but I know he's not. He seems so "hulking" compared to the skinny little Theo that I remember!

Yeah I will feel old next month when I turn 30-lol I'm not looking forward to it. I think I was in 3rd or 4th grade when that commercial was out.
