What are your plans, if any?

Well I'm done with school now. Tomorrow was supposed to be my last day, but I decided to skip these last three days.

Over the summer, I'll be going to Disney World, going to the beach, maybe New York (because my Mom wants to go to a class reunion).

I've been out of school since last week. June 11 my mom, sister, and I are going up to Michigan. During that week we are going to tour 3 colleges up there for me. Both of them are returning back home and I'm going to stay. They are coming back the week of July 4 with my dad this time. We always camp out at my grandma's and visit my dad's side on the 4th. The day before we leave we have my cousin's wedding. Pretty exciting.

I'm hoping to head out to Minneapolis at least once or twice this summer (I live six hours away from Minneapolis). I have two sibs, and one has lived there for a half-decade and by the end of this summer, my other sib will also be living there. So exciting!

I'm a journalism major...My last day was May 5 and during finals week, I came back on May 9 but that was the last time. I will be working on my school's paper through the 2005-06 school year and our first issue of the school paper goes out on August 25 (we start school August 23) so me and the other kids who are editors for the school paper will be coming to school a couple of times over this summer to work on the first issue. That way when school starts, we can get it to the presses on time. I had my first meeting of my summer break last night and my next is in three weeks from yesterday.

I'm sure I will be doing a lot of work over the summer...I get to go to NYC in March of 2006 for a journalism convention and have been saving up money for it...so I plan to work a lot so I can put away more money for the trip. Ah, the perks of being a journalism major... So exciting!

Then of course I'm hanging out with my friends and working out a lot this summer, so I will be a happy, slim and fit person when I return to school in August.

Try to be a bit more understanding and patient with your dad's relationship. I know it must be hard for you with the loss of your mom and sharing him, but you want him to be happy too don't you? He has to move on with his life just as you do yours. You'll ALWAYS be his little girl even if you don't always feel it.

I'm going to have a busy-ass summer...all work, no play. I have weekly meetings for leadership and I'm also probably going to be working a lot. As crazy as it sounds, I also want to take summer school. If I have to take AP Government and Economics Honors during the school year, I will die from exhaustion.

Hopefully, I'll be going to the American Idol concert this summer too!

Can you tell I'm old?

Out of touch?

Opinionated and just plain lazy?

Nah, I rock.

I remember Megadeth the second they formed.
Now I don't know so much.

Oh, I'll be very busy this summer. I will have moved into my very own apartment and began a life of my own. I'll need to adjust to that, and the humid climate pretty quickly, because then, I start work. Not to mention, I'll still need to complete my college course, which I'm taking through distance education courses.

Yes, I will be very busy. But I think it'll be fun.

I'll have homework for my AP classes next year. I also need to get a job, I think I'm working at Claire's (the boutique) or the supermarket.

Ummm leisure time, lotta music and writing, and playing with my kitty. Spending time with my boyfriend, maybe hanging out with some others.
