I guess we can say Arnold was a Nerd but I would still put Screech or Urkel above him.

Arnold's laugh slaves me....he's so funny! Urkle next inline for sure! He's super talented and pretty cute once not in character. Screech.....just to damn annoying.

I would put Screech above Arnold because he never had a girlfriend on the show

Actually, Screech did have a girlfriend. Her name was Violet Bickerstaff and she was played by Tori Spelling.
