This has been bothering me for years now; can someone help? Does Jeannie's sister have a name and if so, what is it?
Also, does anyone know what happened to the real bottle that was used on the show?

Ya know, I think this is the most asked question for this show

And, though you have already been answered, I think it is best answered with this excerpt from the show (to the best of my memory for the exact quotes.)

Excerpted from the episode Jeannie or the Tiger:

Jeannie: "Do you know, Master, I have not seen my sister Jeannie for over 200 years?"
Tony: "'Jeannie'? Your sister's name is 'Jeannie'?"
Jeannie: "Oh yes, we are all Jeannies."

This also brings up a discrepancy in the statement Jeannie makes of the last time she saw her sister. If she was trapped in her bottle for the last 2000 (two thousand) years, then how could she have seen her sister a mere 200 (two hundred) years ago? The only possible explanation to this quandry (that is never explained in the show) is that Jeannie visited her 200 years in the past sometime between that episode and when she was released by Tony, even though chronologically it had only been at most a few years to Jeannie, but 200 years to us. Now you see why fans get so upset with the writers sometimes

Jeannies bottle was a 1964 Jim Beam bottle. There were several used (and broken) threw the run of the show.
I do know, that the bottle on the set the last day of shooting was taken home by Barbara Eden. When you see her pictured today in her home, that is the bottle
