A possible goof?

In the episode "Jeannie and the Curious Kid", Dr. Bellows' nephew looks inside Jeannie's bottle, but is unable to see anything. Jeannie had turned off the lights so it was too dark to see inside. Later, Tony looks inside of the bottle while hanging out of the Bellows' window and tells Rodger that Jeannie is not inside the bottle. Either Tony has remarkable eyesight or Jeannie was kind enough to leave her indoor lights on. In an earlier episode, a drunk also looks inside of Jeannie's bottle.
