Geez...The PS2 came out in like my sophomore year of HS, and it cost about $500-$700 then. I thought THAT was a lot. I wouldn't be surprised if it cost that much.

PS/PSOne are essentially the same, but there ARE minor differences.

Personally, I like the continuity with PS/PS1/PS2/PS3. Helluva lot better than "GameCube" or "XBox 360"...both just sound...silly.
