During the hour long pre-finale episode she was not interviewed, nor was she shown taking her final bow (only one not shown).

Was this by design?

Makes me wonder that there was something going on behind the scenes we don't know about. I mean, they interviewed Monica Horan, who's a latecomer to the cast, but not Doris??

I'm not knocking Monica, who I think is great, but Doris was a founding member of the cast.

Hopefully we'll find out what happened...

I just hope that at some point we find out why. It's very weird that in a retrospective of a show she was part of for nine years, her voice wasn't heard from.
