.... amazon is now offering andy griffith s1 for 23.39. i was hazy about buying andy griffith s1 at first, but after reading the SO review of cheers season five, i am relieved. i can stop worrying! included in each cheers season five set is a rebate offer. with the purchase of cheers s5 and any set of andy griffith, taxi, frasier or cheers, you get 15 bucks back by mail. cheers is my all time fave, so i dont need any money back from it! so if i purchase andy griffith off amazon for 23.39, and utilize the rebate offer which i fully intend to do, i basically am buying it for only 8.39! 8 dollars and change? thats an offer you cant refuse. i really like andy griffith, but just recently got into it, so thats why i was hazy about buying it at first. but 8 bucks for a full season of the show? i can afford that!

My season 2 set arrived today from DDD today. Can't wait to start watching it. When does Ernest T. Bass make his first appearance? I thought I'd watch it today in memory of Howard Morriss.
