No. I think they did the right thing getting rid of him. He would have became annoying IMO.

I agree, not that I don't like Minkus, he was funny the 1st season, but the show got much more mature after that and Minkus certainly wouldn't have fit in. He probably would have just gotten annoying like Steve eventually did on Family Matters.

I don't think he would have suited the show in the later seasons like when they wet to college. He also might've gotten a tad annoying.

Cory would have gradually beat his tail for hitting on Topanga.

Yeah I forgot about that, Minkus liked Topanga, and Cory started going out with her after he left, imagine how he would have reacted if he found out that they got married.

He was funny in the first season but he would have gotten old. All that really happens with him is he is a perfect student which is only intrestiing to see so many times.

No. He was good for the beggining, but I'm glad he didn't stay on for the whole series.

No. I never saw the need for him on the show in the first place.

The character of Minkus fit well with the 6th grade, season one atmosphere. Once the show grew up; he had to go. I can't imagine having Minkus as a regular character after season 1. "Boy Meets World" definitely would not have had as many serious, dramatic episodes in those later seasons with him still there.
