Default Who else wants to be a member of the-"I DIDN"T LIKE JENNY FAN CLUB"?

I didn't really care to watch eps that revolved around Jenny I guess because she wasn't apart of the Jeffersons Household. Jenny just never made me laugh and took up space on the set. She was in the same category as Leroy-lol

You mean Jenny was the Carol or Gloria of The Jeffersons?

She wasn't terrible, but clearly of all the official regulars she was the most dispensible and she didn't really have that distinct of a personality. What do you all think of having Lynne Moody play Jenny (she played her on All in the Family). I think Lynne would've brought something more to the part (she also played a hooker in an episode in year 8 and was George's neice in the quasi-spinoff ER).

Yeah Lynne Moody would have been better. I saw a little of her on That's My Mama

I didn't hate Jenny, but yeah, her character was boring. Even when she got so-called mad, I didn't take her seriously.

I remember when she would still show up in the 80s without Mike Evans, she was so out of place then I was like why even bother?

I always liked Jenny, no she was not a strong character on the show, but I thought she was cute and added some appeal, but I agree with having Lynne Moody portray Jenny, I always thought that Ms Moody was gorgeous and she was a decent actress as well...

Lynne Moody stopped playing Jenny Willis because She took on a role in the show That's My Mama in 1974 and since this show was still on the air when the Jeffersons premeired in January of 1975, They had to find someone else to play Jenny. I think Lynne Moody would have made a much better Jenny

Even though I like Berlinda Tolbert; I agree with you..Lynne Moody was more of an in depth actress and she was gorgeous as well.

I liked her, but she never had any good lines or anything.

Let's not get nasty. Yes, she was not an over the top character, but I will defend her by saying that she was more grounded. Not every character has to be overly funny. Look at Katey Sagal from 8 simple rules. She was hilarious on Married With Children but she is a more grounded character on 8 simple rules and I like her. I liked George, but that man could get on my nerves. There are some days that I wished Tom Willis would just punch him out. RTVC, what 2 eps of "Alice" from CBS do you have? Do you also have anything from "Jeffersons" from the CBS run?

I have 3 CBS eps of the Jeffersons. One Black and White Episode from 1975, one from 1980 and one from 1985. I also have 3 CBS eps of Alice. One from 1980, and Two from 1984.
