I haven't heard anything about this but I'd be shocked if it was true.

Same here. That wouldn't even make sense. It especially doesn't make sense according to Patricia when they were on Oprah. She mentioned being annoyed at Ray when he was directing her right before their last scene (which she implied was the last scene of the episode).

Yeah - I can't see they would end a 9 year run on that note! Not for a sitcom! They didn't even do that on M*A*S*H so I can't see them doing it on Raymond - especially when its sort of based on his life.

I'm betting if anything, they'll have it where Robert and Amy have just found out they're pregnant, and somehow Marie's going to make sure they're going to be living with her and Frank so she can really start meddling in their lives now and not just Ray and Debra's!

Has anyone heard anything more about a possible spin-off with Robert and Amy?

I heard the deal fell through because of money. It's certainly not going to happen this Fall because all the pilots have been shot already.

I don't think a spin-off would happen myself, but Brad did win the Emmy right after that strike thing occurred.

I think a spinoff with them might just work. I always liked Robert more than Raymond anyway......no matter WHAT Marie says!!!

I don't think a spin off with B Garrett would work...he's not a lead kind of guy...he's a better supporting actor... he would need one of the best supporting casts ever if he were to be successful on his own show for any lenght of time..

Doubt it...that would end any hope of a reunion show 15 years down the road... and we can't have that

Now, if the KIDS were killed off, that would be fine...let's hope

That contradicts what they have been saying... no dramatics. Just a simple funny ending. Nothing outrageous. But then again, you never know.

That would leave the show with a bad bad taste in people's mouths.
Way too out of character to do something like that.

There are syndication reruns to think about.

Oh yeah - that's really hilarious. We ARE talking about a sitcom you know - and you're wanting three young children to be knocked off. Nice!

Who are you - Susan Smith?

My mom almost had a stroke(she loves the show) when they showed the scene at the hospital... I thought they really were going to kill him(I didn't buy this at all though before that).
