Ann's "Oh My God" catchphrase - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

It seems obvious the show was trying to make a catchphrase out of Ann's "Oh My God" remark whenever something happened. I wonder why it never caught on like Archie's raspberry, Maude's "God will get you for that Walter!", or Flo's "Kiss My Grits!"

It probably never caught on, because it wasn't that good of a catchphrase and wasn't original.

Schneider's "Please always remember and don't ever forget" catchphrase was more popular.

LOL, I can so see Schneider saying that. Just don't remember any examples of it. We need this back on tv bad.

His examples would be hard to remember because they never made any sense. But I always liked when he did that..
