I love this show and have watched the episodes over and over. My qestion is why was this show so popular in syndication with so few episodes? Most shows that only do two season are seldom heard from again.
I know that when it first went into syndication there was a dry spell for sitcoms from the networks so local channels were desperate for anything to fill half hours. But why has is continued to stick around? I'm not complaining, ii am a fan, I have just never understood. Any ideas? |

One name. Tom Hanks. If he didn't star in it, I don't think it ever would have been syndicated.

Yep you're right, cause about a year after the show was cancelled when Tom started making it big in movies, they brought back BB repeats and they did fairly well. BB is a great show, but yeah without Tom Hanks it probably would have gone into oblivion
*thanks Tom Hanks*

Bosom Buddies was in syndication in the late-80s & early-90s in my area. It came on every weekend.

This is one show I'd really like to buy the season sets.
