Default Tuesday's Episode

I really don't think that Shelly should be with Grant because he's wack LOL. He took her camping out in the woods talkin about he had a surprise for her. He said he wanted her to see a meteor in the sky LOL. What a lame. She said to him that she had to use the bathroom while they were in the woods. He told her she had to take a dump in the bushes LOL. She said what am i supposed to use for toilet paper. He showed her a leaf LOL. I'm very surprised that JT confessed his love for Shelly. He talked to her at her apartment after she left Grant in the woods by himself. JT kissed her & she kissed him back but she told him that she doesn't wanna get back with him. I know JT was hurt when she said that. I think Shelly needs to get back with JT because her & Grant don't have anything in common. I was also surprised to hear that Donovan is leaving. I didn't know he was going back to his country. I wonder why he decided to do that.

I don't think Shelly should be with Grant either. I can see them 'dragging' the idea out a little longer on next season but I have thought they would carry a story line a little longer than they have in the past, so what do I know. The reason Donovan is leaving is the government 'asked' him too. He came here as a student and that visa has expired. He applied for citizenship but I guess tha takes a while.

The other day, I was playing back from tape and I went into another room. The scene playing was Shelly and Grant and I was amazed how much 'Grant' sounds like 'J.T'. They have the same delivery of lines and timing. A little strange for a character to sound like one of the leads to me.

After watching Tuesday's episode, I agree with ya'll. I think Grant is boring and him and Shelly together ain't nearly as fun as JT and Shelly being together. Not to mention, Grant and Shelly have zero chemistry. I was hoping she would have broke up with Grant after the last episode, but I guess not. I really didn't think she was gonna be with him for this long, but I predict that on the season finale she will have to choose one and we won't know who she will choose until the next season, I hope it will be JT, but who knows. And Evefan, you're right, I've noticed that JT and Grant sound alike too, maybe that will confuse Shelly and when she's with Grant she will be thinking of JT and accidently say JT's name.

Damn Danithang where have you been? I haven't seen you in a long time on here. This website is so lame. I wish i would've never came to this website in the beginning. There's too many lame white people on here. After this post, i won't be coming on here anymore. I don't even bother posting in the movies & music forums anymore because all they do is post about white corny movies & white corny music. Sports forum is lame too. I like posting on websites where there's a lot of blacks because white people can't relate to blacks. I swear white people are so corny LOL. Anyway gettin back to Eve, her & Grant don't have anything in common. I'm very surprised she went back to the woods to be with Grant. LOL@Janie saying to Rita, ain't nobody calling your ass hahahahahahahahahahaha. She said that when they were at the club & they were talkin to Donovan about hooking up to put together a scrapbook before he leaves. As fine as Rita is, i'm surprised the writers haven't brought anybody on the show to be her love interest.

Grant is a plot device- Eve and JT are going to hook up again for keeps- unless the show gets cancelled first. This show is good for a few laughs, but it is very predictable. I noticed that the Britney Spears show has its timeslot. Does that mean that it is done for the season?

Did anyone who saw the last 2 shows notice that they end the exact same way- JT comes to his senses about still being in love with Shelly, Nick tells him to go get his woman back and he goes to do that. It's as if he and Nick had short term memory loss and forgot that they had the exact same discussion in the previous episode.

Back to the show being predicatable, I saw an episode of Amen last week a show that I never cared for when it was on (and still don't really), but that show had better character development than this or any of the other UPN sitcoms which seem very shallow and superficial. It's like Eve and the other shows have no real conflict, while on something like Amen the fact that Anna Maria Hosford couldn't get a man at her age was borderline tragic and that added to the comedy of the whole thing. Shelly and JT are more like wall paper than really well defined characters.
