What is the address of the apartment complex in which the trio live?

I wrote down once that they said...
3916 E 14th

...but another time they said...
Pico Boulevard

(in apartment #201, of course!)

In the first unaired pilot, Mrs Roper said the apartment building's name was "Hacienda Palms"

Their phone number was 555-6350... and the episode where Cindy was pretending to marry Jeffrey Tambor, Jack implied that their area code was 213.

This was all in Santa Monica of course, and Jack's Bistro was located at...

i know what the problem is

in the episode days of beer and weeds everyone consumed to much of ropers beer .....and snifted to many weeds that it affected their memories

Yeah, i just popped in my DVD... sure looks like "3466" !

I musta got "3916" when i paused it off an old VCR tape years ago. The DVD is clearer. I'll change it in my address book.
