You would think doing their 20th year, they would go back to basic and show shows like Get Smart,I Spy,Car 54 Where Are You,Make Room For Daddy/Danny Thomas Show, and other classics that frist came on;not the same they been showing forever. It take brains to really be created;unfortunely, the programers at N@N have no brains whatsoever!

And calling N@N Programmers brainless will accomplish...what...exactly?

The ratings for Fresh Prince, Roseanne, and Cosby are the best for N@N, so they get the best real estate - particularly Fresh Prince. Full House still does decently, so it gets an ok piece of property. Murphy and Who's the Boss - not so - so you can see their slotting.

Based on my own personal tastes, am I happy about the scheduling? Not really. Is it a logical step based on ratings? You bet your blinky.
----
And for what it's worth, barring a rather abrupt rebranding effort and ignoring the show debuts down the road for N@N - you won't likely see any shows on Nick at Nite anytime soon with a copyright date before 1980, let alone 195x/196x. It's just an eventuality of the business that networks change.

I'm just waiting for Seinfeld to be aired on Nick@Nite. You know Nick@Nite wants to broadcast that sitcom to death. It's high on all the syndication TV show ratings right now. Prime-TV is already doing it in Canada. Prime-TV already wants to kill Seinfeld to death.

I like Roseanne... but I'm getting sick of it. It's airing 4 times on Oxygen and I've lost count for N@N (and that's with NO locals)

I will admit that N@N needs to cut down on the airings of FP. Airing a show 4 Times a Night that only had 6 seasons is way too much.
