Music legends SIR PAUL McCARTNEY and the ROLLING STONES will play at this summer's (05) LIVE AID II concert.
The GIMME SHELTER rockers and former BEATLE McCartney will team up on 2 July (05) in London's Hyde Park at the charity extravaganza organised by SIR BOB GELDOF to bring attention to third world poverty. McCartney will be the penultimate act to hit the stage before he joins the SIR MICK JAGGER and his bandmates for at least one song when they close the concert. A Live Aid II concert is also being held in Washington DC, America. 08/05/2005 14:36 http://www.contactmusic.com/new/xmlf...20extravaganza |

You hear that sort of thing in a lot of places. That's not my milieu. Rock and roll is good-time music. I love rock. So did my parents. |
