Those who have Comcast on Demand no Longer need to wonder when a DVD will be released

Because all the eps are UNCUT, and if someone has a DVD recorder then can just record the entire season without purchasing any future DVD releases. Comcast on Demand have now started with season 2 and as long as this continues I will no longer care about the show will be on TV LAND or DVD.

Yeah, I've been checking the counter when I record the episodes. Another nice thing is (so far) that Comcast does not have any annoying bugs or scrolling graphics on the screen.

I don't really give a crap about TV Land anymore. They have the lousiest schedule. I really doubt if Maude returns there. Is there a way to contact Comcast On Demand? All of the sitcoms they have are Sony Pictures. They really should show "One Day At A Time."

Some of the shows they have now like "Jeff Foxworthy" should be ending soon because it only lasted for two seasons.

I just hope in the end they show all 6 seasons of Maude!! I have a very sick feeling about this!!

Yeah should be all the Norman Lear sitcoms instead of some damm Starksy and Hutch and Barney Miller. It should be One Day at a Time, and Jeffersons in addition to Maude

I could never get into Barney Miller or Starsky and Hutch. I can handle S & H, but I can't stand Barney Miller. Oh, man, what if they give us "Fish?"

I would enjoy "Police Woman" if they would bring it on. It's another show I'd have to tape like "Maude."

Well, I have a DVD recorder and all 141 episodes of Maude (on tape) from TV Land, but no Comcast. It would be nice to have them uncut. TV Land cuts 2 or 3 minutes out of each episode. I hope other Cable systems On Demand service play Maude at some point. I beginning to wonder if they will ever release it on DVD. You can pre-order it (sort of) at amazon .com. They say it's not available, but they will let Columbia/Tri-Star know how many people are requesting it.

I was curious if you have to pay per episode with Comcast on Demand? I figure not, but was curious, since I don't have Comcast. Comcast is in my area, but I'm not going to switch just for Maude (shhh... don't tell anyone that) Plus, at least in Chicago, I have heard nothing good about Comcast.

No, the Maude episodes are free! I pray they show all six seasons since I have not seen many episodes since the late 1980s. I've had no complaints about Comcast. Well, a few weeks ago Comcast On Demand was off for a week for some reason and I began to get antsy. Somebody I know in Florida said their Comcast On Demand has been off for three months, and they always say they are fixing it.

I'm not sure how you get Comcast. I guess you probably have to live in area that it is in. Actually a salesguy came to my door a few years ago and I bought Comcast digital cable from him.

The shows currently showing on my On Demand are Diff'rent Strokes, Maude, Three Stooges, The Jeff Foxworthy Show, Barney Miller, and Starsky and Hutch. In some viewing areas it appears that some episodes are being skipped. Like I receive one episode a week of Maude and some areas receive two. I'm paying a high cable bill so I should get all of these episodes.

Yeah I think it depends on where you live. Like I can't get DirecTV because I live in downtown Philly and too many Tall buildings were blocking the signal. On Demand is the one thing that Comcast has over Directv
