The only dangerous spider where I live is the yellow sac spider (C. inclusum and C. mildei, among others). It's a small yellowish (or green or brown) spider that builds its silken tube in corners of walls and ceilings.

Its bite its rather painful -- like a bee sting at the least -- but its side effects don't last long and include headahes, nausea, and small lesions that last up to
eight weeks, among other things, that depend on the sensitivity of the bitten individual. Whenever I see one, I kill it right away and I get rid of its "tent".

Well where do I start...

I live in Australia, home of some of the most dangerous spiders in the world. I think the deadliest are the white-tail spider and the red-back spider.

I actually had one nest in my ROOM once, needless to say finding out was not a pleasant expirience.
